'Retail Doctor' visits Ohio Wholesale Retailers

Nationally renowned author, Bob Phibbs, the Retail Doctor, spoke last night to customers from our Customer Appreciation Event.  Much like his frequent appearances on MSNBC Bob was able to draw our customers into his speech with activities and examples.  His speech focused on teaching our retailers how to utilize the five parts to a sale:

 

1)      The greeting

2)      Windows of contact

3)      Your question

4)      Features & benefits

5)      Close with an add on

 

He also placed a lot of emphasis on PEOPLE because nothing around you was sold without a sales person, not even the computer monitor your looking at right now!  His mantra was “Price does not make something a good value, people do.”  Great sales begins with great sales people and he has a TON of great tips for sales people in the retail industry!
